針對Citrix AMC(Access Management Console)使用者清單消失問題之解決方案

問題環境：Citrix XenApp 4.5/5.0 For Windows Server 2003
問題描述：Citrix AMC(Access Management Console)使用者清單消失
錯誤訊息：

解決方案：

I was getting this error with a new 4.5/Win2003 farm when trying to navigate through servers or published applications in the Management Console. The AMC wouldn't show users connected and then the .net error would randomly pop up.

Just by luck I tried; View-> Set Accessibility Options-> Use Defaults and it all works now. I didn't note the previous settings.

解決情況：已解決

XenApp 6.5 版本的簡易安裝步驟

1. 確定Windows Update的情況，最好能更新到最新，尤其是.Net Framework和安全性更新的部分。

2. 將Server Name更名，並加入網域。加入網域的時候，請務必注意DNS和伺服器的時間部分正確。

3. 用Local Admin安裝Server Roles - Application Server, Remote Session Host與IIS(如果身上要裝WI的話)，Remote Session Host可一併執行設定。

4. 用Local Admin安裝Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 R2 SP2 - Express Edition(SQLEXPRADV_x64_ENU.exe)，按預設步驟全部裝完；要做Cluster請先設定好。
   (可額外安裝更新SQLServer2008R2SP3-KB2979597-x64-ENU.exe，將DB上到SP3)

5. 利用SQL Management Studio建立DBFarm(讓XA6.5使用)，記得使用Local Admin帳號資訊，設定XA6.5會使用到。

6. 取得Domamin Admins的權限進行XenApp 6.5的安裝作業(License Server、XA Server、WI Server)；WI建議另外安裝，並且安裝WI的相關更新檔。

7. 開始進行XenApp 6.5版本的安裝。確認License版本選擇。

8. 設定License Server(Account:admin;PWD:citrix)；License匯入。

9. XA Server指定License Server，自己的話請設定為127.0.0.1:27000，記得Test Connection。

10. 進入XA6.5設定
   a.新環境請選Create a new server farm; 舊環境非第一台XA請選加入 Add this server to an existing server farm)。
   b.取名FarmName。
   c.先前若無安裝DB，選擇New database；已安裝DB請選擇Existing Microsoft SQL Server database。
   d.DB如果在本地請將Local改掉，改為HostName\SQLEXPRESS。
   e.DBName輸入之前建立的DB名稱，如果是使用本地帳號存取請選擇Integrated Windows authentication。
   f.輸入帳號，並Test Connection。

11. 進入WI設定頁面確認相關設定，通常會做的有限制登入網域與網域選擇下拉式選單，Pass-throught與驗證方式確認。如果有憑證需求，請確認IIS上面的憑證設定。

12. 進入APP Center頁面，發布Notepad進行測試。(請注意RDP License在此步驟前完成指定和安裝)

13. 發布需求之應用程式，並測試。嘗試故障排除，部分應用程式搭配Profile\Folder Redirection完成之。

XenApp 4.5 Server Hotfix R07 Step by Step

XenApp  4.5 Server同樣也要進行Hotfix R07請按以下步驟進行(所有條件均為必要)：

1.     安裝Java，J2SE 6.0 U14，必須高於此版本，因此這版本即可。
